The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Oh Young-joo) and the Korea Small and Medium Venture Business Corporation (Chairman Kang Seok-jin) successfully conducted business-to-business transactions for small and medium-sized venture companies through Gobiz Korea, an online business-to-business (B2B) export trading platform. It was announced that the first batch of participating companies for the 2024 online export platform business export contract response support, which supports (B2B) exports, will be recruited from Thursday the 2nd to Friday the 10th of May.

‘2024 Online Export Platform Business Export Contract Response Support’ is aimed at small and medium-sized businesses and venture companies that have received purchase inquiries (inquiries) from overseas buyers but have difficulty responding to purchase inquiries on their own. In addition to verifying the validity of purchase inquiries, trade experts provide close 1:1 support in trade practices for responding to purchase inquiries, including negotiating transaction terms, reviewing export contracts, and writing contracts, until the conclusion of an export contract.

Starting this year, even in the case of purchase inquiries sent by companies not located in GoBiz Korea or buyers not discovered through GoBiz Korea, trade practices are supported throughout the entire process up to the conclusion of the export contract. However, in order for companies that have not entered GoBiz Korea to receive help from trade experts, they must register as members and register their products with GoBiz Korea after being selected.

In order to support small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies in responding to purchase inquiries in a timely manner, the export contract response support project plans to accept applications from companies between the 1st and 10th of every month until November. This first project will support approximately 200 companies that have received purchase inquiries from overseas buyers, and the amount of support may vary each month.

Companies wishing to participate in the project can check detailed information through the GoBiz Korea website, and when adding the GoBiz Korea KakaoTalk channel, they can receive various online export business and event information through a real-time mobile notification service.
