Jeju Techno Park and Cosmetic Valley (France) signed a business agreement (MOU) for joint cosmetics business between Korea and France
Jeju Technopark signed an MOU with Cosmetic Valley, a French beauty industry industry, academia, and research group, for a business agreement related to the cosmetics industry.
On the 25th, at the French-Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry located in Seoul, Jeju Technopark and Cosmetic Valley signed a business agreement for exchange and cooperation, such as discovering joint projects and supporting business. As a result, cooperation between companies related to research and development, technical advice, and natural healing fields will be promoted for the promotion of joint Korean-French cosmetics projects.
With this agreement, Jeju Technopark said, “It is expected that Jeju cosmetics companies using Jeju’s clean image and biological resources will be able to prepare a foothold for entering the global market and lay the foundation for the Jeju-style beauty industry.”
Established in 1994, Cosmetic Valley supports cosmetics-related fields from plant cultivation to finished products and distribution, and carries out various businesses to improve the competitiveness of the perfume and cosmetics industry. Member companies include about 100 famous French cosmetics companies such as Guerlain, Saint Laurent, L’Oreal, and Lancome, as well as Amorepacific and Pacific Europe.
