Nongshim discusses ways to expand ramen exports to the EU market

Kim Chun-jin, president of the Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corporation, met with Nongshim CEO Lee Byeong-hak at Nongshim’s headquarters in Dongjak-gu, Seoul on the 14th and discussed ways to expand exports to Europe.

 At the meeting on this day, plans for targeting the EU market, such as local optimization marketing strategies for each country and analysis of trends across Europe, were discussed.

 Meanwhile, Nongshim announced that it plans to begin targeting the European market in earnest, focusing on Paris, France, by increasing the supply of major ramen products to large French retailers ‘Carrefour’ and ‘Leclerc’ starting next month and officially opening stores.
