Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corporation takes the lead in expanding K-food exports again this year!
On the 24th, the Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corporation (CEO Kim Chun-jin) held a meeting at the aT Center in Yangjae-dong, Seoul with major exporters from China and Japan, which are major exporters of agricultural and marine products, to discuss ways to expand sustainable exports.
This meeting was chaired by President Kim Chun-jin, who heads the K-food export expansion promotion team, and was attended by 12 representative export companies with a high proportion of exports to China and Japan. Participants shared the latest information such as market conditions and local demand in China and Japan and promoted exports. Various discussions took place, including actively proposing matters necessary for expansion.
Kim Chun-jin, president of the Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corporation, said, “In order to achieve this year’s export goal, expanding exports to China and Japan, which are traditional large markets, is most important, so we urge those on the front lines of exports to China and Japan to actively engage in export activities.” “We will carefully review the issues proposed at the meeting and actively pursue effective support projects,” he said.
