Dubai Derma 2023 achieved more than 2.2 billion AED in both direct and indirect trade volume, creating a boom in entering the Middle East.
The reason why Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, is emerging as an important IT and beauty health market and trading hub is that the average age in the Middle East is under 25, the lowest in the world. In fact, it can support the fact that the majority of the population living in Dubai is active in using new technologies and smart devices, and that interest in beauty health has increased with quick information.
The 22nd Dubai World Skin, Laser Conference, and Exhibition (Dubai Derma 2023), held at the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) from March 1 to 3, ended with record results in direct and indirect business trade transactions of more than 2.2 billion AED.
The event attracted more than 24,000 visitors from 114 countries, and more than 500 companies from 26 countries and 1,440 international brands from global companies were displayed. In addition, 340 international experts organized seminars for 360 science sessions, held 80 professional workshops, and presented 90 digital poster presentations by international experts focusing on various developmental innovations related to plastic surgery, lasers, beauty dermatology, and anti-aging.
Named the largest exhibition ever at the Dubai Derma Fair, the exhibition highlighted the excellence of Dubai, a leading international city with information exchanges and B2B trade deals by forming network partnerships with links to major beauty and aesthetic industries. In particular, this exhibition has established itself as a representative major exhibition of UAE as an important leader in global medical and scientific beauty.
