Korea Job World and Wooridul Co., Ltd. Open Virtual Reality (VR) Game Developer Job Experience Content
Korea Job World (CEO Lee Byeong-gyun), a comprehensive job experience center under the Ministry of Employment and Labor, announced on the 24th that it will release a new job content, ‘Virtual Reality (VR) Game Station’, together with edutech startup Wooridul (CEO Kwon Yong-jae) on the 24th and sign a business agreement for mutual cooperation.
The ‘Virtual Reality (VR) Game Station’ experience room at the Korea Job World Children’s Experience Center allows children to experience XR and VR simultaneously through role-playing as agents protecting engines from virus robots in a virtual space, and experience the job of a ‘virtual reality (VR) game developer.
In addition, based on the business agreement, Korea Job World plans to jointly foster future science talents and support the sustainable growth of startups through continuous cooperation such as activating the operation of the ‘VR Game Station’, sharing and utilizing experiential data for the advancement of VR edutech, and holding special lectures for future technology professionals. This cooperation is also in line with the purpose of the ‘Public-Private Cooperation Open Innovation Support Project’ of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Korea Job World CEO Lee Byeong-gyun said, “Starting with the joint development of future job experience content with Wooridul, we will continue to support the revitalization of the startup and job creation ecosystem through win-win cooperation with startups and expand environmental, social, and transparency (ESG) management.”
Wooridul CEO Kwon Yong-jae said, “We are delighted to present differentiated and surreal job experiences by combining Jobworld’s solid infrastructure with Wooridul’s realistic content capabilities and AI character technology,” adding, “We will provide more innovative and meaningful experiences to children who are pursuing their dreams through continuous technological advancement and collaboration.”
