The 2025 Dubai Beauty World Middle East will be the largest show ever, with a spectacular opening featuring 130 companies from the integrated Korean pavilion of Seoul Metropolitan City, SBA Seoul Economic Promotion Agency, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, Gyeongsan City, and more
– K-Beauty is now a place to introduce innovative brands themselves to the world, rather than just products.
– The IBITA Korea Pavilion is located in the main center of the exhibition hall right next to the UK, Spain, France, and US pavilions, making it the best location for overseas buyers from the Middle East to easily access and consult with.
– The design of the IBITA Korean Pavilion was the most elegant and beautiful among the participating countries, and the perfect and meticulous planning of the exhibitors’ displays in accordance with the schedule one day before the exhibition received rave reviews from the organizers and representatives from various countries including France, the UK, Italy, and Brazil.

From October 27th to 29th (3 days), Dubai Beauty World Middle East Expo was held with over 2,500 companies from all over the world participating. President Yoon Ju-tak of the International Beauty Industry Trade Association (IBITA) participated by organizing the largest ever IBITA Korea Pavilion with over 130 companies (Seoul Metropolitan Government, SBA Seoul Economic Promotion Agency, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, Gyeongsan City, etc.).
In particular, the integrated IBITA Korea Pavilion design was the most elegant and beautiful among the participating countries, and was completed quickly and thoroughly under a plan check in accordance with the schedule a day before the exhibition. All participating companies displayed perfectly, and the IBITA Korea Pavilion received rave reviews from the organizers and delegations from France, the UK, Italy, Brazil, and other countries. The location of the IBITA Korea Pavilion, a key selection factor for the expo, was occupied by the IBITA Korea Pavilion in the main, core locations of the exhibition hall, including the International Pavilion, Cosmetics Pavilion, and Beauty Tech Zone, which elevated the status of Korean pavilion participants and allowed for consultations in a location advantageous for the visitors’ movement, an official said.
“Beautyworld Middle East Dubai has clearly demonstrated that the Middle East is positioning itself as a key growth hub and land of opportunity for the global beauty industry, where tradition and change, demographic shifts, cultural influences and technological innovations come together,” said Yoon Kyu-hee, Director General of IBITA, the International Beauty Industry Trade Association. In particular, Beautyworld Dubai 2025 kicked off with a record-breaking 22 opening shows, a vibrant program encompassing a hall of live arts, education and innovation, and special visitors, making it the largest ever.
From the moment the doors opened, the IBITA Integrated Korea Pavilion showcased innovative products, demonstrating Korea’s status as a global hub for the beauty industry through world-class live performances, new product launches, and insightful leadership sessions. The exhibition particularly garnered significant buyer interest for the “Fall in Beauty” integrated online and offline mall booth, the first of its kind in Korea, jointly established by Dubai INDEX Group and the Korea Global Trade Promotion Agency. This was further enhanced by Dubai INDEX Group’s trade team, which invited buyers from six Middle Eastern Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries to participate, further enhancing the IBITA Korea Pavilion’s visibility.

Additionally, IBITA (International Beauty Industry Trade Association) Chairman Yoon Joo-taek, a longtime friend of the chairman of the world’s largest Dubai Outlet Mall and the Korean representative office, has decided to ease the entry requirements for Korean companies, providing promising Korean companies with an easier entry point and an opportunity to secure advantageous long-term marketing opportunities, such as pop-ups, for Dubai customers.
IBITA Chairman Yoon Joo-taek, who serves as the Korean headquarters of Dubai FCI & BPC Group, agreed to purchase all of the post-production inventory of Korean cosmetics manufacturers and distributors at cost price and provide it to needy people in the Middle East and Africa, and decided to implement a related inventory purchase project starting in November. This is the first joint social contribution project between Dubai and Korea, providing a good opportunity for companies that do good for both manufacturers, distributors, and buyers without suffering losses.
In summary, the International Beauty Industry Trade Association (IBITA) and the Global Trade Promotion Agency (GTDA) co-representatives Yoon Kyu-hee and Yoon Kyu-yeon will be promoting the products of companies participating in the Dubai Expo by allowing them to open stores in the online and offline malls of Polin Beauty or by granting them the right to open stores in the Dubai outlet mall after the Dubai exhibition. They will also purchase large quantities of stock at cost and donate them to people in need around the world, contributing to society. IBITA stated that its goal is to create an atmosphere for a show defined by creativity in the beauty industry, cross-cultural collaboration, and the future of beauty, and to contribute to society.

Furthermore, with a packed show floor during the exhibition period, this year’s edition has already surpassed expectations, offering three days of discovery, creativity and global connection, organizers said.
The ‘Next in Beauty’ conference kicked off with a keynote presentation on day one by Saudi Arabian beauty entrepreneur and founder of the country’s first luxury skincare brand, Sara Al Rashid, who provided insight into how innovation and female-led entrepreneurship are emerging in the beauty industry in the Middle East. Meanwhile, ‘Next in Fragrance’ kicked off with a keynote by world-renowned British perfumer Roja Dove, who passionately explored the future of storytelling in fragrance and the creativity and emotion that defines the exquisite art of perfumery today.

The show floor was buzzing with excitement, with Nazih’s Front Row stage in Sheikh Maktoum Hall offering a constant stream of live hair, nail, and skincare showcases, from LEVEL3’s Barber Show to the highly anticipated GUINOT skincare demo. At The Makeup Studio, located at the back of Hall 6, world-renowned makeup artists captivated the audience.
The spectacular three-day Dubai Beauty World 2025 exhibition concluded with a grand finale, featuring high-quality artistic performances including the main masterclass by Hung Vanngo, Arooba Beauty, MAKE UP FOR EVER and the Transformulas “Notox” session by Armand Beasley, as well as the all-day Natural Notes zone, which featured an exhibition focusing on natural and sustainable fragrance ingredients. IBITA is also gearing up to welcome pre-registration exhibitors for “Dubai Beauty World 2026” from the same top-tier sectors as this year.
