Girl group New Jeans sent a certified letter to their agency Adore on the 13th, stating, “If they do not accept the demands for corrective action, including the reinstatement of former Adore CEO Min Hee-jin, we will terminate our exclusive contract.”

Accordingly, the ‘Adore incident’ that was triggered by the audit of former Adore CEO Min Hee-jin and others in April has reached a major turning point as the possibility of an exclusive contract dispute has increased.

According to the music industry, New Jeans sent this certified letter on this day under the real names of five members: Kim Min-ji, Hani Pham, Marsh Daniel, Kang Hae-rin, and Lee Hye-in.

In the certified letter, the members demanded, “Correct all serious violations of the exclusive contract mentioned above within 14 days from the date of receiving this letter.”

New Jeans included various controversies that surfaced after the ‘Adore incident’ in April as demands for corrective action.
